- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (jurusan pariwisata/perhotelan menjadi nilai tambah)
- Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dan MS Office
- Berpenampilan menarik
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, berorientasi pada pelanggan dan result oriented
- Memiliki ketertarikan di dunia kecantikan menjadi nilai tambah
