Head of Operation & Continuous Improvement

Job Description

Tanggung Jawab:
* Memimpin dan mengawasi keseluruhan operasional klinik secara nasional
* Mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan strategi continuous improvement untuk
meningkatkan efisiensi, kualitas layanan, dan kepuasan pelanggan.
* Menjamin kepatuhan terhadap standar SOP perusahaan dalam layanan operasional.
* Menganalisis data operasional dan merancang action plan berdasarkan hasil evaluasi.
* Berkolaborasi dengan divisi lain (Medis, Marketing, HR, dll) untuk memastikan integrasi
proses operasional yang optimal.

Kualifikasi:
* Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan.
* Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di posisi manajerial di bidang operasional, lebih disukai di
industri klinik, rumah sakit, atau layanan kesehatan.
* Memiliki pemahaman dan pengalaman dalam penerapan ISO 9001 (diutamakan memiliki
sertifikasi).
* Memiliki kemampuan Leadership, Analytical Thinking dan Problem Solving & Decision Making
* Berorientasi pada hasil dan perbaikan berkelanjutan.
* Penempatan : Head Office - Solo
